The vibration plate screw packaging machine is an intelligent device that integrates automatic sorting, counting and packaging. Vibration plate sorting system
Electromagnetic vibration technology: The electromagnetic coil generates an alternating magnetic field to drive the vibration plate chassis to generate high-frequency micro-vibration. With the directional design of the spiral track, the screws are automatically arranged under the action of centrifugal force and friction.
Precision adjustment mechanism: The vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted through the controller to meet the sorting requirements of screws of different specifications, ensuring stable discharge and no jamming.

Packaging form: three-side sealing or back sealing bag making, supporting composite film, PE film and other materials, and the bag making size can be adjusted (such as 20-120mm long and 50-85mm wide).
Speed and efficiency: The packaging speed of a single plate can reach 30-70 bags/minute, and multi-plate equipment (such as eight-plate models) can simultaneously process screws of various specifications, increasing production capacity by 3-5 times.
